In 2021, Paul Gilson retires and Philippe Robert takes over the GILSON company in order to develop and diversify the business.
Philippe, tell us about yourself. How did you become interested in Gilson?
“First of all, this adventure started in an improbable way with the meeting of Paul in Morocco, a “passionate passionate”. Our meetings multiplied afterwards around the takeover project… and I have been managing the company for two years now. Happy to learn every day, I try to bring rigor to a dedicated team that has been in place for 20 years. Rigor does not prevent
a generally smiling atmosphere in the workshop.
Our personalities and life paths are certainly very different. however our values are identical:
- pride in a job well done,
- bring its plus to its ensemble,
- humor in the workplace,
- help each other in the effort,
We have the advantage of being based in France (Haute-Savoie) and we always invite our customers and prospects to visit us and get to know the team: the real GILSON DNA.
